For 30+ years I have raised young people because I believe they are the silent engine for the continent’s growth.
Johnson did.

In 2008, Johnson Abbaly returned to Nigeria from the United States. He saw what Africa was capable of becoming, and he did not see many builders actively raising the next generation for that purpose. He had been building young people since 1996.
Many people speak about the young. Few answer for them. Johnson builds people first, and the outcomes follow. He is accountable for what this generation becomes, and for what it will unlock for the nation.
A father tells the truth. He asks the young people he raises for standards, discipline and character, because he believes they can meet them. If we cannot give the next generation a better nation, we should raise a better generation for the nation.
Started the Achievers’ Consortium at the University of Benin.
Built the Successor Generation Community.
Started the Elite Smartan Academy, hosting 4,000+ young people in a virtual close during the pandemic. That vision is now The Smartan House, raising a new generation of frontline thinkers in Ikorodu.
